200 km, Minibus from Victory Monument or from Ekkamai bus station for around 200 THB. The Minibus will stop in front of VIP building if you askthe driver before leaving. Travelling time is around 3 to 3 ½ hours.

From Rayong
20 km, There is a public transportation (Songthaeo) from the bus station and will stop in front of VIP Building for around THB 25
